How do I OP a player on a Minecraft server?

🛠️ How to OP Yourself:





Log into the Control Panel.

Click 'Manage' next to your server.


Navigate to the 'Players' tab.



(You’ll see a list of players currently on your server.)

Find your username, click the three dots next to it, and select "OP" from the dropdown menu.

✅ You are now an operator (admin)!

The view of users on the website might not change until you click off the page and back onto it.


✅ Option 2 — Using the Console (Manual Command)



Click the 'Console' tab from your server view.

Enter the following command, replacing playername with your Minecraft username:

op playername




Press Enter to send the command.

✅ You will see a confirmation message if it worked.


🌎 Important Notes



- You must be online on the server for either method to work.
- OP permissions give full admin access, including all commands and server control.
- To remove OP from a player later, you can use:

deop playername
