How do I get out of the end without an exit portal?

In Minecraft, the End is a dimension that can only be accessed by defeating the ender dragon. Once you have defeated the ender dragon, a portal will automatically be created that allows you to return to the Overworld. If you do not have an exit portal, there are a few ways you can try to get out of the End:

Try to find an end city, which is a floating island that can sometimes be found in the End. End cities may have an end ship, which can be used to transport you back to the Overworld.

Try to find an end gateway, which is a purple, swirling portal that can sometimes be found in the End. End gateways can transport you to other locations in the End, but they can also transport you back to the Overworld if you are lucky.

Try using the ender pearl trick. To do this, throw an ender pearl at the edge of a block and quickly walk into the pearl as it teleports you. This can sometimes glitch the game and transport you back to the Overworld. However, this trick is not guaranteed to work and can sometimes cause you to become stuck in the End.

If all else fails, you may need to create a new world and start the game over. It is not possible to escape the End without an exit portal unless you use one of the methods described above, which are not guaranteed to work.
