How do I update my Minecraft server version?
Follow these steps to update your Minecraft Java version:

Login to the Minecraft Server Control Panel.
Go to Configuration > Advanced.
Select the new version you want to use under Install Different Edition and click Install Server.
Go to the console page and click Start.
After these steps are completed, You are set with a new Minecraft Server Version
