How to Solve Error 127 Out of Memory = True

If your server is frequently crashing with error code 127 out of memory = true, this means your server is using more memory than your plan has allocated. When the server can no longer function without the proper amount of memory it needs to run, it will eventually crash.

Minecraft 1.17 has caused servers to use much more memory than they ever have before. While we expect the next versions of the game to correct this usage, there are a few things you can do to reduce memory usage.

Switch to Paper

Minecraft Paper is a version of the game that works just like Vanilla, but it supports plugins and is much more memory efficient. You can switch to Paper in Configuration > Advanced.

Upgrade Your Plan

If you are on Coal or Iron Tier, you can consider switching to a higher tier that will offer more resources.
