How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are cancelling your service due to a server issue or if you can't figure something out, we ask that you first contact our support team so we can help. We promise to do everything we can to make things right.

To cancel your server please follow the steps below.


Login to our Client Area. and click the "See your services" button.



Select the service you wish to cancel



Then select 'Request Cancellation'
