🛠️ How to Cancel Your Server (If You Still Wish To)

Log into the Client Area and click "See your services".




Select the service you want to cancel.




⚠️ Important for PayPal Users: If you are paying with PayPal, make sure to cancel your automatic subscription inside your PayPal account as well to avoid future payments. See PayPal’s Guide Here.


Click 'Request Cancellation' on the left sidebar.



Note: We cannot hold data for cancelled/terminated servers, be sure to backup and download a copy of your server files before cancelling if you wish to retain them. ---
