How to Download a Copy of Your World
In order to download a copy of your Minecraft server world, you can follow these steps:
Login to the Minecraft Server Manager
Click on Manage > File Management
Click on the three dots next to your world folder (...) and click Compress.
Click on the compressed file to download it to your PC.
