Some players may experience being kicked because 'Flying is not enabled on this server.' when they are lagging. you can disable this, but be aware that it can allow players to use hacks if they know how.
How to:
Log into Multicraft, our Server Control Panel
Click Files, then select 'Config Files'
Open 'Server Settings'
Set 'Allow Flying' to Enabled
Click 'Save' at the bottom
Restart your server.
