# How do I allow cracked / non-premium players to join?


# 🔓 How to Disable Online Mode (Enable Cracked Players) on Your Minecraft Server

## 🛠️ How to:

1. **Log into the [Control Panel](https://control.empowerservers.com).**

3. **Navigate to your server files.**

4. **Find and open the `server.properties` file.**

   - If `online-mode` is not listed, you can manually add it at the bottom:
     
```
online-mode=false
```

7. **Restart your server** for the changes to take effect.

# ⚠️ Important Notes

- Setting `online-mode=false` allows **non-premium (cracked)** players to join.
- **Warning:** Disabling online mode can open your server to security risks. Always use caution and consider additional plugins to protect your server.
- **Always back up your server** before making changes.
